Virtual reunion held: AEC, Model U.N., Roots-Shoots

A virtual reunion of alums from various programs is set for 7 p.m. Sunday, July 26, EDT, on Zoom.

Model UN logoInvolved are the Arlington Enrichment Collaborative (AEC) middle-school after-school program, as well as its former staff; alumni of the Model United Nations and Roots and Shoots programs, which ran as part of AEC and continued after it, and from all the years of ARMUN (Arlington Regional Model United Nations & Civic Engagement Clubs).

A number of former students from both programs decided they wanted to do this, and several former staff have agreed to participate along with a sizable group of students who are scattered all over the U.S. and beyond.

If you would like to participate, please send an email to aecarmun2020 at gmail.com or call googlevoice number 781-832-0074.

Please provide an email or phone number that can receive a text on either the voicemail or the email in which you RSVP. If you RSVP in a voicemail, be clear so that we are sure to receive your information.

Two to three days before the reunion an email or text will go out to those who RSVP with the instructions for joining on Zoom.

All who were a part of any of these programs is welcome to attend.

We will start out together and then divide into breakout rooms where individuals can choose to go be with the others who they know. At the end we will come briefly back together as a whole group.
