An East Arlington man is a $1 million prize winner of the Massachusetts State Lottery's “$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire” instant game, the lottery reported. He is the 27th such winner.

Steven Felsher, at left, chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000, before tax withholdings, a lottery announcement dated July 29 said.

Felsher plans to use the money to help is family and invest, the lottery said.

The ticket was purchased at Broadway Market in East Arlington, and the store receives a $10,000 for selling the ticket.

Five $1 million prizes remain in the “$10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire” $20 instant game, which launched in 2011. All four of the game’s $10 million prizes have been claimed.
