As to 645 Mass. Ave., attorney Robert Annese plans to return Nov. 15, when a full board is expected, for a vote on withdrawing without prejudice a plan to have Chase Bank build a branch at the site of the former Not Your Average Joe's, so that the bank can submit a new plan.

On the matter at 833 Mass. Ave., what to do with the dilapidated Atwood House, the board voted to agree with the applicants' request to have their hearing moved from Dec. 6 to Nov. 15.

Much of the meeting was taken up in preliminary discussion of zoning amendments, including James Fleming's proposal about parking.
