She also taught at Matignon High School in Cambridge, where her passing was announced in a Facebook. The school said the beloved teacher "educated, inspired, and touched the hearts of everyone she encountered," Arlington Patch reported

A memorial service to celebrate Raduazzo's life will be held on Zoom soon. To receive an invitation, email your request to Richard Eastwick at richardeastwick at

The family has asked that when you request the Zoom link, share one or two of your favorite stories about Mrs. Rad and her influence on you or others.

Keefe Funeral Home of Arlington reported that Raduazzo died of ovarian cancer. She was treated at Dana Farber Cancer institute since her diagnosis in February 2019.

In lieu of flowers, Raduazzo's family has requested that donations be made in her name to: Facing History and Ourselves, 16 Hurd Road, Brookline, MA 02445. The educational organization sparked Raduazzo's passionate study of the Holocaust and other genocides and how to prevent genocides in the future.
