Join us to increase your mind-body connection through evidence-based exercises combined with yoga led by Bre Marie Meagher, PT, DPT, RYT-500, a licensed physical therapist and certified yoga instructor.
On Wednesday, May 4, at 7 p.m., in the Robbins Library Community Room, Dr. Meagher will guide us through:
- breathing techniques
- seated exercises to help with mobility and flexibility
- standing exercises to help with posture
- the importance of desk/sitting ergonomics.
This will be an in-person event, so there is no need to register.
Seats will be spaced for physical distancing.
Masks are no longer required per the Town of Arlington Board of Health. This memo explains the town's Covid protocol.
