| Special Town Meeting Warrant open Feb. 14 only |

Selectmen voted Feb. 6 to call a Special Town Meeting to be held Monday, May 7, during regular Town Meeting. The warrant for the Special Town Meeting will be open Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During this time articles may be submitted to the selectmen's office. Note that 100 signatures are required. The warrant article submission packet is available at the selectmen's office and at arlingtonma.gov/townmeeting. The purpose of the meeting is to take care of several financial matters related to the current fiscal year. Those matters include adjusting the fiscal 2012 budget to include numbers involved in settling collective-bargaining contracts. |
