"Religion, Government, Inequality and Taxes: An American History" is a talk by Lori Kenschaft, who holds a doctorate in American studies, set for Wednesday, Feb. 22, 7-9 p.m., at First Parish Unitarian Universalist of Arlington, 630 Mass. Ave.

Modern American politics make more sense if we understand how and why beliefs about government and economics changed over time. If you are curious about the historical connections between religion, government, inequality and taxes, please join us! This talk is based on three years of research for an unpublished book.
