| Coughlin reportedly says in court answer he didn't write some e-mails |
|
Former Ottoson teacher Charles Coughlin, who won a 18-month arbitration to get his job back, has responded to the town's appeal of that decision, in part denying he had written dozens of e-mails submitted as evidence, Wicked Local has reported. The Dec. 16 report says Coughlin has denied nearly every claim the school district made. The report cites as its source an answer filed by Frank Mondano, Coughlin's attorney. YourArlington has requested the Dec. 7 court filing from Mondano. He has not responded to any requests from YourArlington in the 2 1/2-year history of the case. |
