Bodie said Nov. 3 that the request had been turned over to the schools' law firm, Stoneman, Chandler & Miller. YourArlington received a paper copy of the decision on Friday, Nov. 13, with a cover letter dated the previous day. Under state law, such requests must be addressed in 10 days. YourArlington received the document from a source at the state level. The Nov. 12 cover letter from Geoffrey R. Bok, an attorney with Stoneman, Chandler & Miller, noted that an appeal in this case has been filed in Superior Court. This story was first published Nov. 6 and updated after that.
