Town Seal

We are pleased to announce the return of the popular Walk the Rink program, which will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 1 to May 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Walk the Rink is held at the Ed Burns’ Veterans’ Memorial Skating Rink located at 422 Sumer St. Listen to some of your favorite music, socialize with friends and get some great exercise inside the rink building.  This program is made possible through a generous grant from Lahey Clinic.  There is no cost for this program, but pre-registration is required.  Limited transportation is available.  Please call the Council on Aging at 781-316-3400 to register for the program or to arrange for transportation.

Participants are encouraged to dress in layers and bring water and a snack. Participants, who are not sure if they are healthy enough for this program, should consult with their physician. Grab a friend and come walk the rink!
