The Public Square - Teens and Sex from Josh Lobel on Vimeo.The latest episode of "The Public Square," a monthly cable-TV program from Jeff Thielman and the Arlington Studio, deals with teens and sex.. The new risk behavior survey shows almost half of Arlington High School 12th graders have had intercourse. Are we doing enough to prepare them for this aspect of their lives?

 A young arm gets a henna tattoo at the AHS multiculural festival. This year’s multicultural festival at Arlington High School was shorter than the one in 2007, but the celebration of the diversity of various cultures left many students content. Though this
year's event lacked many activities, such as music lessons, Anime, or Chinese rice
dough, students participated in many
interesting activities.

Dance to aid Right turn, Chamber
Get ready to swing at Arlington Spring Swing on
Saturday, June 14, from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at Arlington Town Hall.
The premier swing band Bellevue Cadillac will set the tempo with a special
appearance by J. Geils. Rolling Stone Magazine's James Hunter rates Bellevue Cadillac as “one
of the best two bands in the country in neo swing.”

Arlington police are investigating another bank robbery, this one Tuesday, May 13, at Brookline Savings in which an undetermined amount of cash was taken. Chief Fred Ryan said police are seeking a white male, 5-feet-8 to 6 feet tall with a medium build and beard in his 20s. The man walked into the bank at 856 Mass. Ave., across from Arlington High School, about 1:43 p.m. and passed a note demanding cash.
