Thomas Caccavaro Jr., who was not reappointed to the Recreation Commission last summer after a 3-2 vote by selectmen, has taken out papers to run for the Board of Selectmen. The incumbent selectmen are Annie LaCourt and Diane Mahon. See June 18, 2007, minutes.  A kickoff party for Caccavaro is set for Friday, Jan. 25, from 7 to 11 p.m., American Legion.
