After a long hiatus, the Arlington Family Friends Program (formerly the Host Family Program) is being officially reinstated. This program aims to pair Arlington families with families who have children in the Arlington METCO program in order to foster relationships and build bridges of communication.

 

METCO families have -- or have had in the past -- "unofficial" Family Friends, but there are many more who do not. 

 

We are looking for people who are interested in joining the program, or even just looking to learn more about
it or help in planning social activities.

 

We are in the process of planning our first Ottoson/AHS event of the year. There have already been events hosted at the elementary level.
