Sprague, in case you wondered ...
YourArlington has more than 320 registered users. That's a lot of potential help for the site, and some among that number have stepped forward. How about you?

The site seeks volunteer reporters and editors to pursue a variety of stories that tell Arlington residents what its community is all about. This may include reports from meetings of the School Committee, its subcommittees, the Board of Selectmen or the Redevelopment Board -- or neighborhood groups, such as the Symmes Neighborhood Advisory Committee or the one representing Summer Street.

Boring, right? Not really, if the reporting presents information that is essential to the Arlington lives we live.

Meetings are far from the only place that stories may arise. They may come from concerts at the Regent -- or from something heard on the street -- in your neighborhood, around around Mass. Ave.

What are Arlington residents -- of all ages -- talking about? What concerns them most?

Help this Web site pursue those stories by volunteering as a reporter or editor.

That is my summer challenge. Let me hear from you.
