Bikeway gets 12 miles of celebrations Oct. 5 |

 The Minuteman Bikeway, also known at the Donald R. Marquis Minuteman Trail, was recently inducted into the national Rails-to-Trails Conservancy Bikeway Hall of Fame. On Sunday, Oct. 5, communities that share the trail celebrated this honor with special events along the trail from noon to 4 p.m.
Events wrer held beginning in Cambridge at noon, with stops in Arlington Center at 1:30 p.m., Lexington Center at 2:30 p.m. and Bedford Center at 3:30 p.m.
Ongoing activities and receptions are expected at all locations.
