On Sept. 30, it announced its winner of the iPhone in a Town Day Treasure
Hunt. Hundreds visited the Famboogle booth Sept. 20 and showed their
knowledge of the Arlington community in seeking the G3 device. The
winner was identified as "gunshin," presumably the contestant's user
name.
The price is one iPhone G3 8GB valued at $199, but does not include any
service plan. To activate this phone, the winner must purchase and
activate a two-year contract from AT&T. The costs associated with
this service contract are the sole responsibility of the winner.
