Middlesex County District Attorney Gerry Leone has declined to pursue accusations of sexual assault targeting state Sen. J. James Marzilli Jr. pursued since April by an unidentified Arlington woman in April. The DA has determined there is not enough evidence to criminally charge the Arlington Democrat. Sen. Marzilli still faces charges he accosted four women in Lowell in June. For more, see the story published on InsideMedford.com.
