MassDOT and the MBTA are hosting a series of public meetings to provide updates about specific station designs for the Green Line Extension Project. The public is invited to participate.
Monday, June 3, from 6 to 8 p.m.: Ball Square Station
The meeting will take place at St. Clement School, 579 Boston Ave., Medford. It will feature a presentation by the MBTA on the Ball Square Station and the City of Somerville will present on their own planning efforts around the Ball Square area.
Served by MBTA Bus Routes 80, 89, 94, 96 and 101.
Tuesday, June 4, from 6 to 8 p.m.: Gillman and Lowell Stations
The meeting will take place at the Center for the Arts at the Armory,191 Highland Avenue in Somerville. It will feature a presentation by the MBTA on the Gilman and Lowell stations.
Served by MBTA Bus Routes 80, 83, 85, 87, 88, and 90.
Tuesday, June 11, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM: Washington and Union Square Stations
The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn, 30 Washington Street in Somerville.
It will feature a presentation by the MBTA on the Washington and Union Square stations.
Served by MBTA Orange Line (Sullivan Square) and Bus Routes 80, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 95, 101, 104, 105,109, and CT2.
Tuesday, June 18, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM: Lechmere Station
The meeting will take place at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center, 41 Second Street in East Cambridge. It will feature presentations by the MBTA and HYM/NorthPoint on the relocated Lechmere Station.
Served by MBTA Green Line (Lechmere) and Bus Routes 68, 69, 80, 85, 87, 88, and CT2.
Thursday, June 20, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM: College Avenue Station
The meeting will take place at St. Clement School, 579 Boston Avenue in Medford. It will feature a presentation by the MBTA on the College Avenue Station.
Served by MBTA Bus Routes 80, 89, 94, 96 and 101.
