Notes from the New York Art Fairs
Gallery owner Marc Gurton saw a lot of great art last week in New York - check out his top picks in our blog here. (Above: 13F exhibiting artists Resa Blatman and Andrew Fish at the Armory)
Song at the MFA
Currently running at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, through April 9, Lee Mingwei's Sonic Blossombrings opera into the museum in the form of participatory performance art.
As fellow enthusiasts for the power that song can have combined with visual art, we are proud to have had Abigail Krawson, one of Mingwei's performers, sing at 13FOREST during our ongoing series of concerts by Opera on Tap. Our next performance at the gallery is scheduled for May 8 but check out dates and times for Krawson's performances at the MFA here.
