In an unusual 6-0 vote, Town Manager Adam Chapdelaine joined the Board of Selectmen in endorsing the Mass. Ave. Corridor project.

A report by Adam Auster, in his blog, The Word on the Street, noted the recent close vote of the four-lane ballot question

The thrust of the board members' comment: The town does not want to lose its funding.

In a post April 25, Auster added that the selectmen's letter rebuts ballot question 1.

Last weekend, Mark Kaepplein, a Cooridor opponent, asked on the Arlington List why selectmen have not scheduled their Citizens' Open Forum since Jan. 28. Eric Berger follow up with questions to YourArlington.

On Monday night, Chairman Dan Dunn asked whether anyone present wanted to speak to the Mass. Ave. issue. One did, saying he suppirts the project.
